Dubai South has signed an agreement with Gems Education to build a world-class learning institution at its Residential District. One of the eight key districts that constitute Dubai South, the Residential District is home to the two new exciting and unique projects, The Villages and The Pulse. Billed as the City of You, Dubai South places individual happiness and wellbeing at the heart of development and design.
